I’d like to add on to my house, build a garage, build a shed, or put in a pool. How far away does it have to be from the property line?

If you want to build a shed or garage, then it will need to be at least 2.5 feet from the side and rear property line. A pool must be 6 feet from the property line. If you want to add on or build a house click here for details on the setback requirements
